NH Flavors is here to bring energy and excitement to New Hampshire's vibrant culinary scene.

For years, the New Hampshire dining scene has quietly cultivated a variety of regional cuisines, with influences from our neighbors to the North (where else in the U.S. can you find so many riffs on poutine?) as well as inspirations from across the globe.

With an enviable culture of philanthropy and longtime support for the farm-to-table movement, New Hampshire has been an unsung hero of culinary innovation. Until now- NH Flavors is on a mission to put the best places to eat, sleep, and explore New Hampshire in one place. A resource to locals and travelers alike, NH Flavors offers adventure inspiration at every turn with handpicked must-go locations, favorite local recipes, and interviews with the chefs shaping food culture in the Granite State.

Food

Expect the extraordinary when dining out in New Hampshire. We take pride in our farms and our fishermen, and it shows. Create your own oyster bar crawl in Portsmouth, or break some freshly baked bread in Andover. Slip into a speakeasy in Nashua or polish off pancakes with NH-made maple syrup in Sugar Hill. Wherever you go, the playful character of New Hampshire's cuisine and the value placed on high-quality local food is sure to follow.

Beer & Wine

Home to more than 40 breweries and brewpubs, New Hampshire is serious when it comes to quality craft beer, and we're serious about helping you taste them all (responsibly, of course). Whether you're looking for an IPA or seeking out a sour Berliner-Weisse, great flavor is always on tap at New Hampshire's breweries. Not a beer fan? Sample one of our many hard ciders or a wine from one of more than 20 local wineries.

Sleeping In

If the mountains are calling and you must go, New Hampshire's lodges, hotels, and campgrounds are ready to sweep you off your feet with amenities and vacation packages for every occasion. End a day of skiing with a romantic evening in a White Mountains lodge, or dip your feet in the water by a lakeside hotel. For those looking to get off the grid, there are hundreds of campsites across the state to choose from. At Milan Hill State Park, you can even sleep in a yurt!

Adventure

In a state where you can go from the tallest mountain in New England to ocean beaches in an afternoon, the possibilities are endless. There's always something going on and NH Flavors wants to help you find it. Follow us on social media for updates on events, festivals, restaurant openings, and more!
