Flag Hill Winery & Distillery has announced 2017 dates for their popular Brunch & Bubbles events.

Inspired by elaborate brunches held by world-famous chefs in the Cayman Isles, owner and winemaker Brian Ferguson created Brunch & Bubbles. Wanting to offer an experience like nothing else in New England, he explains, “We put out a spread that is absolutely insane. It is an all-out production for five days in advance. As the tables turn over we start to replace some of the breakfast foods with more lunch-style foods, so even as you make multiple trips, things can change…The menu is never static, it’s based on what’s available on the farm.”

The farm-to-table brunch ($42 per person) includes complimentary Sparkling Cayuga with a make-your-own Mimosa Bar.
